

User Management and Portal Invited User
Following MLA, it will be possible that a Customer can add new Users and manage access permissions.
When a Customer Account is created in CRM, one User of the Customer becomes the Portal Admin, who is based in CRM.
If the Customer wishes to add more Users to have access to the Portal, they are 'Portal Invited Users' (PIUs).
PIUs are not held in CRM.
